I suspect that this is an endemic feature of your brake/fork combination. However, you might want to have a different shop take a look at how the caliper is adjusted for pad centering and angle.
Also make sure the rotor hardware is tight.

Probably ovalised front to back, it could also be stretched but still mostly circular. It could also be that the lower edge is no longer flat, because the front and/or back has been pushed upwards.
