Probably is the OP style, some guys just seat in the rivets, other ones in the back ALA cancelara.

I had the same problem. For me I found that it was mostly due to the saddle height. I was about 2 inches lower than I needed and for some reason that translated to me having a hard time finding the right spot to sit on the saddle. Once I raised the saddle up to the proper height the problem was nearly gone. Then once I tilted the saddle up just a hair the problem went away completely. The bike shop I got my bike at did the basic fit but at the time I was just more comfortable with the saddle lower, and now that I have a full season of road riding under my belt I have "grown" into the bike and needed to adjust some things.
