Yes, the 7nn and 9nn frames had painted panels; the lower models used a panel decal on the seat tube.

Great score! What should you do with it you ask? Clean it, grease it, inflate it, and ride it until the wheels fall off. I love my pink 770.

The relative length of the head tube (of two bikes having identical seat tube lengths) is directly affected by the fork's axle-to-crown length as well as by the bottom bracket drop dimension.
So (assuming that the top tube is level), the fork is long and/or the bottom bracket is low on this one.

I rode one of these for a few years. To me, it was their best racy steel design--could clear 32c tires, chainstays were a little longer than the fashion of the time. To me, the shorter, quicker 760/770 that followed were downgrades as they were less versatile bikes.

That's a model 750. Early production, with Shimano UF dropouts, later production used Campagnolo 1010B.
