I wonder if @Andy_K intended this to be a "show-your-collection" thread or something more thematic.

Personally, I don't have a deep enough knowledge of vintage bikes to chase anything but the big names.

If my impressions of @T-Mar weren’t otherwise, I’d call that statement ‘one big tease’! Even tho I fully believe it.

So, I'm a Bianchi guy who's widening out.
This one's on the way.

My enjoyment of cycling began with my humble 72 Raleigh Grand Prix so as I expanded I went with what I knew (or could know easily) so I began with a Raleigh theme. All 70s era. First the Super Course, then the two Internationals. Enjoyed all their rides for different reasons every time I ride them. I was content to stop there. Would have stopped there…but for a club rider friend looking to move out some parts and bikes. I went to look at the parts. In the end came home with two more bikes. Really busted my direction and blew it up to another level. I knew the Raleighs and all their nuances during that period. This was new but at least the same time period.
I got the Lygie first but it’s still not built. Painted it myself and have been slowly curing the clear coat by baking it in my SUV in the Texas sun. It’s a beautiful frame.
Have been riding the Bruce Gordon for several years and it really lives up to its reputation. It had to get a semi-repaint it developed rust spiders under the paint. My efforts are passable on this one. It does present 100 times better than it did and the frame is now protected against further deterioration which was the goal!
