I agree with the suggestions to have a wheel builder do it. The spokes are widely available, it's just not common on pre-built wheels. Or wait a few years. It looks like the all black craze is finally getting played out.

imo black "hides" the road grime better.

If you go black spokes, throw in some that will help you find your valve stem like below:

Clever. And beautiful bike. I settled on building the wheels I wanted with silver spokes. More work but, yes. Worth it? That remains to be seen.
