And here's a shot of it built up into a fixed-gear.
Cool man! I have three 67.5cm (c-c) Fujis - real nice bikes. I still have an inch and a half left standover.

And anyway, beaver seems to be asking for some very specific stuff. My guess is that he's not just looking for a big frame, but rather a big vintage frame.

If he's looking vintage only for budget's sake, Soma builds a nice road sport bike (the ExtraSmoothie) in a 66cm frame, with a 62cm top tube and 25cm head tube. And it runs for $475 for frame/fork.
Honestly, at 6'3" with long legs, I don't think he should get a bike this big, unless it has a relatively short top tube. If his 6'3" frame has legs long enough to need a really long seat-tube, then his torso can't be very long...
Yeah, I got a short trunk, but with seriously long arms. 36" long sleve shirt. Only wear short sleeve shirts!

A short guy once asked me about why I ride a bike with a tall frame. The answer is why anyone does anything in this world, having a girlfriend, eating a pizza, riding a tall bike, etc. -- 1. I can; 2. It feels good!
