merziac,
Sent two frames out today to the west coast, and put another "Junk in the trunk" frame up for adoption today. I would just like to see the top of the work bench at some point this year. Smiles, MH

Well, I wish you luck, not happenen for me, every work surface/space is overrun.

Current bike shop in the basement with two card tables for working on. Out to the garage steps for banging, pounding and persuading, got a narrow space for parking a couple of the riders, futzing, accessing the pile, bench grinder and compressor.

I am building up a few of the extras from last year’s giveaway spree for a few teachers. And just this week a few students actually asked if I had any for them, so that might kick start the process.

Just takes forward movement! Right?

Now, what’s in the box...?

Ok, I guess this has gone on long enough and I think most will be disappointed.

Whats in the box?

Some pretty cool stuff to be sure but really a big fat mess.

4 tandems
2? Raleigh Pro's
2 PX-10's
Paramount
3R
Womens Raleigh Sports w/factory front dyno hub
2 Fuso's
Stumpy
2 Bianchi's
Paisley
A bunch of wheels
A big box of old Park frame tools
MC drag racing parts, tools and gear

And the Merz MTB, really should get it out of there.

Yep, the Merz is small, and rough, still, cold dead hands.....

It's one of only maybe a dozen MTB's according to Jim, had never seen one in person or for sale before or since.

Couldn't get that deal done fast enough.

Bianchi's are in boxes, one's a frame only.

The Paramount is one of my biggest and best fitting at 26in/66cm, so cold dead hands.

Need to upgrade or replace the Dia-Compe brakes and crappy to me Crane RD that is way too finicky.

I do have a small one that is being built as an upright cruiser for a very good friend. Test build mostly sorted, need to figure out paint that will be dark emerald green as an homage to Campus green with chrome lugs, silver decals, lug lining and maybe pinstriping.

That’s awesome about the Merz. Cool to have a more unique item...that’s super unique.

Lots of tandems...you definitely collect! In a good way of course!

Yep, Tx.

No way in heck I was letting it get away, popped up on Jim's FB, emailed him and he but me in touch with seller here in PDX.

I need to drag the JT tandem out and take a good pic, the HT is folded way back under the DT from a crash, fork is perfect.

It was in Eugene and I was going there anyway so I got it while I was there. $25 and all the BB bits intact and good.

Couple of the other tandems were freebies, one was in Seattle then I got the blue one that is pretty nice, maybe custom for $100 with most of the tandem parts.

Still, need them like another hole in my head.

I’m pretty sure most/all of us can say it about something we are holding...

Just glad I have a twin trailer brother/buddy so I don’t feel alone—-

What's the red one at the front...no wheels with a derailleur hanging off of it?

Can't do that...he got buried under during the blizzard. Besides, I am sort of afraid of Ms. Mad Honk.
