I didn't consider myself qualified to do that. By the time I paid to have it done, repaint etc, it was cheaper and easier to swap my parts onto another CL bike and use the extra parts for other projects. I am qualified to heat things up, pull them apart and make some droput/lug keychain trinkets. I picked up a very clean '91 400 for less than the cost of fixing the old one ('87 400 Elance).
