That Bianchi Forza is a solid, mid level frame with entry/mid level components. Probably could fetch $250-300 if you cleaned up all the components, and gave the frame a quick polish-- people like Bianchis. No need to replace anything, just getting it look nice and shift/brake right is enough. In its current state...probably no more than $150.
It's a great sport bike, fine for everything other than racing. Do you know if the rear dropouts are 130mm? Lugged bikes with 1" threaded headsets and 130mm vertical dropouts are a rare bird, most manufacturers had swapped to TIG welding by the time 130mm vertical dropouts came onto the scene.

^^^^^ Granted, it's not a "given", but being a 7-speed, it's quite likely that Bianchi is indeed a 130mm frame. And agreed, it's a fine mid-level bike that appears it could be made very sharp (esp with that two-tone) with some significant clean-up. Even the saddle looks fairly fresh. Would be worth the effort to preserve the 300EX decal on the crank, the shop decal, etc. The one change I would make would be to discard that beyond-hope dork disc.
As for the Sirrus, mine's a '91; by then they'd downgraded slightly to an RX100 component group. So you scored the right year. Here I thought I "stole" mine at $55, but that's actually at the high end, compared the deals mentioned above; pretty sweet for an "almost Allez". These, like the Allez, were tight frames; looking at mine, I can't imagine it taking anything larger than a 700x25.

thx for the comment. i don't have any real experience in restoring bikes (cosmetically or mechanically) besides some elbow grease efforts. full disassembly required? recommended cleaning agents? spray the whole thing with foam dirtex and rinse?!

The rarity aspect...it could bring in some (more) potential buyers if you highlight the fact that it's a lugged frame w/ vertical dropouts and 130mm dropouts. IF it does have 130mm dropouts. If they're only 126, then post a picture of the hub here on this thread, whatever markings are on it and the cassette. We'll help you figure out if it's a hyperglide compatible hub. If it's a hyperglide compatible hub then you would definintely want to put that on the ad.

You could likely sell the address of that dump to one of us which would finance the acquisition of bits and pieces in VGC for your Sirrus.
