Very interesting.

The cancer tour seemed legit. There was an article posted at some point from a local paper or something talking about his ride. I was happy to cut the dude some slack after that and It seemed we were all going to just let the Spin bike saga fade into the past, but now Ty's decided to double down on that bundle of nonsense.

OK ... I kind of lost track of it all.

It's puzzling that Ty-Babe would bring up the Spin bike saga here ... especially when it was completely unnecessary to do so as it simply doesn't apply to anything in this thread. There's a whole lot of "really odd" about all of this.

sorry, ma'am, that was me from post #53.
was postulating that mooching off the preacher was due to a
light wallet (his, not a warm one from the showers!) caused
by excessive spending on photoshopped super bikes.

give me credit for not mentioning the sunglasses....

He hasn't been on a computer for awhile so I'm betting he used his phone to start it. He can't use a keyboard rn. Even his iPad is too awkward to use.

The stock bicycle photo looks like the one we had. I can't tell about the other photo. I somewhat remember this debacle happening and it's why I stayed off BF until I did. I believe he sent proof to an admin that we owned a Spin. Idk tho I suffer from CRS

I've only done short tours with him. The longest we've done together was ~700 miles from Portland, OR to Spokane, WA via Seattle and the TriCities. I rode with him last year on two sections of his cross country ride. From Minneapolis, MN to LaCrosse, WI and Hookstown, PA to Rochester, NY. All our other tours together have been short ones.

I didn't bring it up. Someone else did.

A lot less than he paid for it We never found out exactly where the gentleman lived. We met him at the now defunct Haggens in Tualatin near the WES line. I assume it's in SoWaCo. Wasn't necessary to find out where he lived.

"We"? Now it's "we"? And that claim is totally at odds with what he claimed, as evidenced by the photo posted of the Spin bike he posted.

You need to stop. All one of you.

Let's not turn this into a linguistical debate. He purchased the bicycle but we'd moved in together before we sold it so it became "ours."

& I said I don't remember. It's been gone awhile. Our cars been gone 6 months and I don't remember what it looked like.

Just a query to clear up something. Are you two actually married?

Also, what is CRS? It's the second time I have seen it from separate members in the past couple of days.

sowaco? if that's an acronym for some area in the pacifical northwest,
you'd be sooo wrong! talk about an amazing coincidence!

you sold this bike.....

.....and jinkies! it turns out you sold it back to the original owner....the man who in fact
built the bike in the first place!

got less than you paid? i can imagine....in fact i do imagine.....i can see the three of
you in trench coats in an unlit parking garage after midnight, exchanging a $15K
custom built rig for weed....

well, i can't think of any other reason the nameless dude didn't mention "oh, by the way,
i happen to have built this very bike!"

anyhoo, it's back with its rightful owner now.....and one more coincidence, the new/old
owner somehow managed to find the exact spot where ty took his photo, to take
his own copy that he put on his instagram thingiepage! what are the odds???

So whose car did you drive to allegedly meet Ty in Montana less than 6 months ago? And you sure remember what the bike you allegedly sold looks like.

The hole gets deeper.
