I still haven't been on the trainer but i'm trying to work on my endurance so yesterday at the gym I did 1hr on the stationary bik, 1hr on treadmill, 1hr elliptical, and 1hr stationary bike. luckily I have 4hrs of music on my mp3 otherwise I would have given up half way thru...

Getting in on a session or 2 during the ABD bootcamp since I am a captain. Also putting in some miles when the temps are above 40 degrees. Rode yesterday with no speed, cadence, or distance. What a yuck ride, but it was still about 20 miles. I need a trainer for the house still, and I don't have the moolah to splash down right now for one, so it will have to wait until probably next year unfortunately.

Yeah, keeping my eye on CL, but will more than likely just get one through the club hopefully. Wouldn't mind having a CompuTrainer at home, but that won't happen anytime soon

After yesterday, I have to think that even the most hardcore cyclocross people are hopping on the trainer soon.

I figured.

How close are you to getting rid of that ratty old crit bike you built last year? I know a guy who might possibly be willing to buy or trade you for it.
