Predicted weather would be more of a concern than covid for me as im boring and dont drink so indoor bars aren't my scene(are they open up there?).
Not much concern riding in the middle of nowhere and I could either camp overnight or drive partway back to IA where there is a magical forcefield to keep the Rona at bay(just dont check our numbers either).
Could be a fun socially distanced weekend, if the weather is nice.

I have family in Dyersville and Dubuque (Iowa) and would like to ride with you in late October. Two layers of ponchos and warm food keeps all weather at bay. Let’s ride!

Oh yeah. The Tavern League made sure of it.

Next Saturday looks wet, cloudy, windy out of the north, a start in the low 30s, not a lot of interest and 6 hours driving round trip.

Eff rule #5 , I'm out.

It’s a hot zone, we’re out. We may hit Bloomington, IN for a Halloween ride on the Hily Hundred course.

My family in Dubuque who I was going to bring along are currently battling COVID. I’m out but will look for future rides to meet up one day.

I'm with the others that aren't "feelin' the love" . Maybe another time when this virus is under some level of control AND the weather is a bit more predictable
