First thing I'd do is check the alignment at the shop.
Tweak here and a tweak there, I'd wager.
Past that, I think my kids could have that built inside of two hours.
Make a fun errand bike, especially since it's been substantially lightened.
My knees can't hack a fixie at this point though.
I prefer a SS in snow and ice anyway.
