Ordered a set of MKS and just tried out a pair of shimano clipless that are much easier to get in and out of then my Look setup.

The benefits of clipless are greatly exaggerated. Studies have shown that pro racers don't actually pull up, they just unweight the foot. There's debate about whether they provide extra power in certain situations - sprinting, uphill - they don't provide any speed benefit on the flat and for most riding. Pro's wear them for the foot retention - if you're sprinting all out you don't want your foot flying off the pedal.
Five Ten shoes use a special rubber compound that's extra grippy on metal pins.
Then almost any pedals with metal pins in them will work. Just don't get cheap pedals with plastic pins.
It's almost like clipless without the slight annoyances of clipless.
