I bought a machine to do this job once upon a time... I needed something that could fit down the seat-tube and bore it out precisely to 27.4mm...

In the end, I figured out it would've been easier, cheaper and faster to just by a 27.2mm seatpost...

Holy crap that is beautiful and while I have no clue how to use one, I just want to get one so I can figure it out.

AAWWW c'mon Danno, now that's just unabashedly cruel. Flashin pics of your very own CNC fab center in the mechanics forum is heartless and may even be grounds for banishment.

However, despite this blatant act of cruelty, you are now officially my BESTEST FRIEND EVER!

BTW: I got dibs on machine time for Thursday nights. Yeah baby!!!

I take it you live close enough to reap the benifits of this blatant butt kissing then?

Mine's bigger but it doesn't come with the built in TV set for watching reruns of Three's Company while doing long and fine cuts.....

That's one sweet setup you got there Danno.

Why thank you. That's actually the computer-screen for the PC at the bottom that controls the thing. But now that you mention it, I could add a TV card... then I'd have no reason to run inside during long jobs... hmm...
