New England's fleche is super-late this year -- June 2nd, so if anyone wants to come up here it should be a blast. (I hope to find a team, but haven't actually started emailing around yet.)

Portland Maine Team Events ? June 2-4th, 2017 ? New England Randonneurs for info.

Thanks for the reminder! I just might do that Portland flèche. Lemme see what my friends say, since obviously I can't do it by myself.

I rode my first Fleche this year with the "Sinister Nuts" on my track bike. It was an all fixed gear team. I used Cygolyte Expillions which are my day to day lights. I had two and a back up battery. I made it through the night just fine. I did learn that when the battery goes "dead" it still puts out a fair amount of light.

Ride Safe,

Joe
