FYI for those that frequently buy from Europe shops (Wiggle, Ribble, PBK, etc.). Saw a note on PBK's site that the personal daily exemption for duties went up on March 10 from $200 to $800. This should apply to all sites. I was able to find a reference here with a little more detail, so essentially, if you keep your orders under $800, regardless of the shipping carrier used, there should be no duty. That doesn't necessarily mean UPS/Fedex/DHL might not charge a customs broker fee just to tell you there is no duty, but seems like that shouldn't happen either under $800 USD.
