TBH, there's only so many times you can answer the "My tires don't hold air?" or "Just bought a bike; Can't change gears!". My hat's off to the pros over in the Mechanics' forum who keep coming back.

I have a white bike, but being my commuter you could probably consider it a fleet vehicle. FWIW our fleet vehicles at work are mostly municipal yellow.

Ha. funny you mention that forum. I was banned from viewing that forum by BillyD. I disagreed with the mod team moving threads over to it from c&v, especially ones that didnt actually fit that forum's parameters, and I made it known that I disagreed. So he banned me from viewing that specific forum and I still cant see it, unless I log out.
So far, it has turned out to be what I guessed it would be.

I get it, it's a Porsche. But here's a little experiment for you. Have one of those vinyl magnetic signs made up with "The Law Offices Of Mojo31-We Mean Bidness" printed on it. Take it back to the Porsche dealership, or any dealership, or any parking lot full of vehicles. Attach that sign to the door of any vehicle that's not white. It can be a 2 door Speck or a Bugatti Veyron, it doesn't matter. Now step back and take a look. The sign doesn't look like it belongs there. It's totally foreign to the vehicle. Now pull the sign off and attach it to a white vehicle. Again, it doesn't matter. It can be a 2 door Speck, a Ford Transit van, a McLaren Speedtail or a Porche like one you drive. Step back and take a look. By golly, it's a match made in heaven! Looks like it belongs there. That's just the way it is. I wish it wasn't. I have a white work/fleet vehicle myself. A Chevy Express 3500 van. In fact, I've owned enough of them to make a fleet, all white. By far, the most dependable vehicles I've ever owned.

Doesn't apply. Points for effort though.
I fully acknowledge I was overly persistent. Billy banning me from a forum I think is redundant and has shown to be of little interest due to its redundancy is within his power so cool I guess.
But your gotcha doesn't apply since a huge % of other posters at the time said similar things as me.

Of course.
I tend to get persistent when I see a continued glaring inconsistency that negatively affects my enjoyment. I then become overly persistent when that inconsistency is acknowledged and not changed.
Depending on the situation, it can be a benefit or a flaw. In this case, a flaw.

Edit: Seriously though, how is the Engin in Engin Cycles pronounced? Others across the country besides me might not know the correct way to pronounce it.

WRT to tires not holding air, I find that interesting because I have discovered a couple sources of leaks that are not easy to identify and if the person asking that question has ruled out the common problems, I will typically engage.

For the Porsche 911 fans out there, the cars play a prominent role in the plot of this movie. Probably some people on bicycles doing some general cycling in there as well.

For a troll-ish thread that began with a flawed premise, this has developed some entertaining legs. Kudos to the mods for letting it run! Nine pages though and still no examples of newbies being abused w/o provocation....

I'm on a photography forum, and there is one guy there who has two accounts. That's against forum rules, but I'm not sure how hard that is to detect. Anyway, the guy has an unpopular viewpoint and he uses his second account to reinforce his first account any time someone disagrees. "You're exactly right, Joe, that's how I do it too!". He can use one or the other account to argue with the other members and then he brings in the other account just to agree with the first. He also has a third and a fourth account he uses once in a great while if the arguments start to get too heated for the first too. The irony being, it is obvious to everyone that it is all the same guy because he uses some weird terminology and always posts in the same odd style of hitting the "return" key at the end of each sentence. So anyone who has been around awhile can spot all the guys accounts right away.
