And, also from Amazon Saudi... a BL-MT401 to replace the perfectly fine BL-M4100 that came with the set I had ordered earlier and which I found out I really didn't care for... one of those "just because" things that I really can't explain. It was cheap and the delivery fast; I already have the bleeding kit and the mineral oil, so I thought, why the heck not?

Just delivered by Saudi Post: smooth-spinning, lightly used UN-55 BB, 68x118mm BSA. Even though I'm modding my modern bikes to Hollowtech II-style external BBs one by one, you just can't have too many of these particular BBs, and the price was right:

In typical German fashion, this over-packaged pair of Winzip floating/sliding mechanical disk brake calipers and Promax locking brake levers were delivered by Aramex today:
The German dude that sold them to me had them taken off a brand new bike over a decade ago and threw them in a closet, never to see the light of day again, until I came along and snapped them up. These are well designed pieces of kit that hit two birds with one stone: with just one active side, the floating caliper moves both brake pads towards the rotor, eliminating the need for having one pad bend the rotor into the opposite pad. The second bird is the they need just one clearance adjuster in the heart of the caliper, so centering the caliper around the rotor was a simple, straightforward affair. With the barrel adjuster being the only difference, they are almost identical to the ones that came stock on my recently acquired Dahon Jetstream, and which now handle braking duties via (allegedly) ceramic pads on my formerly be-hydraulic-ed Hemingway:
I didn't want the brake levers and reached out to the seller about picking up just the calipers, but he said all or none. So now I ended up with a pair of spare levers for my wife's trike, which has a nasty habit of flipping over abd sheering its brake levers right off!

The latest delivery for the day: a pair of Promax's nicer levers, taken off a brand new bike. I already have a pair of these on one bike that I'm running with very nice mechanical disk brakes and they have this premium, solid feel to them that I like:

Didn't get it 'today' per se, but just a day or two ago a special package arrived from user and resident Crapmaster Mad Honk .
He took the O.M.A.S. Italy-made, BB adapter that I got from user thumpism for the Le Grande project, and cleaned up the threads that I buggered. In addition, he included some home-made rear brake drop adapters, some shim material, and stickers.
Thankfully, it will allow me to continue on a project that I'm sure many people would prefer that I wouldn't

Little bit of set up here. I saw a veloce gruppo in the C&V for sale thread, and I can never remember the threading for Italian vs English BBs. So I google Italian BB threading and I see that the one on offer is english, but I need Italian for the wife's Fondriest. Then I see in the search results a 115 MM Campy sealed BB with Italian threads at Planet Cyclery for $4.95. After tax and shipping it was just over $10.00. I quickly bought it, then just as quickly bought the group set!

I know what you mean. Im usually a 6 but depending on the brand i can fit a size 5. The jerseys i usually want i see them in 3/4
