The bend is right at the brake bridge. I wonder if a combination of long seat stays, heavy rider, cheap steel, rear weighting (long seat tube), would it be possible to bend the seat stays in that position with hard braking?
It might almost be worth Ł 0.99 for a tall rider, if the buyer was able to pick it up locally.

That is the first one that I've seen where they've moved the brake levers too (no right brake cable).

I call that the BMX Resting Position. Lotta older teens in my town have BMXs which are, of course waaaaay too small for them, but they mostly just hang out near the skate park, sitting in the BMX Resting Position. They can't really ride them that way; when in motion it's always stand up and mash.
