Starting to really come along now. Did a 2:50, 40 mile group ride with 45' in HR Z4 and 22' in HR Z5 on our tandem. Stoker and I both cramped on the last steep riser, thus rather by definition couldn't have ridden any harder. There was a flat bypass, so this was a gratuitous hill. We rode strong on the bypass, but only got 1886''. That's better though. We were climbing a cog higher than a couple weeks ago. 4 hour hard rides are still a ways off.
