I don't know what the subject frame is selling for but as of this writing the Lynskey GR300 gravel bike frame is on sale with a good fork for $950.

Full disclosure, I’ve owned a Lynskey Pro GR before, and mostly liked it, but sold it to buy a carbon…which I recently broke…and am looking to come back to a metal frame.
