haha, awesome wall decoration Baroudeur! I'm staring at a list of the burgundian dukes now, with a huge portrait of Philip le bon in the centre. Homework on the wall FTW.

Just finished reassembling my 83 Super with Campy 50th Anniversary Gruppo after a good cleanup. I purchased it new and it is all original.

Drool! Does anyone have an Arabesque? My greatest Ebay regret is early on in my bike obsession there was an Arabesque with a 6 arm crank and full panto everything on Ebay. It was a bit rough but an Arabesque with a 6 arm crank! I didn't really understand the value of the bike and it went for $1595. Not that there may not have been a bidder out there ready to go much higher but I think it was a steal. Wish I had at least seen how far the other bidder was willing to go.

I wish I hadn't sold this one. I know it was parted out on Ebay right after I sold it. I think it is an '86 Superissimo SLX.

Ahhhh...more gorgeous eye-candy!
Otis, that crankset is beautiful! BIS, love the red and white Super (I've never seen that paint scheme before) and BD63, love the early crosshatch fade on your Super.
Keep 'em coming, folks!

Okay, I'm officially motivated to go into the garage and build up my Master frame of early 90's vintage.

[QUOTE=Drillium Dude;13461982]This suggestion came down in another thread recently. Nobody picked up on it. So, without further ado, I'll start.
1974 Molteni Super (restored):
Wow, that is THE most beautiful bike I've laid eyes on. I need an orange bike, pronto.
That must be a new paint job, right? Did you do an resto thread?

Can someone school me on the various models? They're all obviously high end bikes but what differentiates them ? Tubing/Components/Geometry? All 3?
