re:7.5 fx
buy it and love it. i have the current 7.5 in bue..what a killer bike. it's like riding air. light smooth and fast. as an owner of 6 various trek trail bikes and a durable 7.3 fx i almost know of what i speak. the only bummer..and it is a bummer is the seat. i put an Rx on it and couldn't b happier. it does need a quick release seat height adjustment clip but your bike guy can do that 4 u easily good luck

Well I just bought one about a month ago and you'll see my thread about the gears for climbing. Outside of the gearing issue (which is only an issue for me b/c of the type of riding I want to do on the bike - climb), I love the bike. I've ridden mtn bikes and most recently a 29er for a few years and getting on this bike was just a shock! So light and nimble, totally new feeling type of riding for me. I bought the blue and it is sharp. ;-)

2010 7.5 and absolutely love it. Compared to my Trek 750 and 790, which I also absolutely love in their own right, the FX feels like a Ferrari.
