Well I called the LBS yesterday and my bike is supposed to be ready today. So after work I'll head down and pick it up. Fingers crossed everything has been fixed and I'm good to go.

Picked the bike up on Friday. Turns out not only were two spokes broken but six others were bent. New Shimano derailleur arm with derailleur pulleys installed.
Took the bike for a quick 35k ride after bringing the bike home and everything seems to be in order. I won't know for sure until I put the bike through its paces and head out on a good 100+ km ride. But I'm happy. Kudos to the LBS for getting me back on the road again.
