Probably but that is a pretty cool setup for old school rollers.

Check out the 2020 Ricky Powell documentary on Showtime. It's really good. The photographer died last year at age 59. Here's the hustler back in the day.

And one of his photos:

I was watching the 3-hour documentary, My Journey through French Cinema and reminded how great is the 1939 film, Le jour se lève. Jean Gabin (below right) rides a very beautiful looking road bike in it. The way its handled, it seems lightweight. Couldn't find a film still. I assume he was a big cycling fan.

My all-time favorite band, Kraftwerk, pose with their bikes.

From this article:Since 1978, much of Hutter’s inspiration for his compositions has come from a passion for cycling. With co-founder Florian Schneider (who recently left the group – reason unknown), he took up the sport with gusto, cycling up to 200km a day and asking to be put off the tour bus early so they could cycle the rest of the way to the next gig.

Cycling, he said, “is like music. It is always forward. It is free, it is outside, it is the weather, it is the planet, it is energy. Cycling has parallels with certain aspects of music."

I caught the 2020 Danish film, Riders of Justice on Hulu. A girl loses her pretty mixte to thieves, and Mads Mikkelsen opens up a a giant can of whoop ass. 7.6 on imdb.

One of my favorites, Burt Lancaster. I believe this is from 1952 on the set of Come Back, Little Sheba (with Terry Moore).
