We are getting hit by small snow storms once a week. Winter is not over until mid to end of April. That and the minimum temps are still below freezing. Of course, the warmest minimum temp I have seen in the last several weeks is 27. Not that far below freezing.

Funny when I wake up at 4:15am and look at the Temp Gauge and it reads 32 F (0C) and I say to myself... ah great it's WARM outside! woohoo

As of last week, we're still having snow about 1X week in some form or another. It doesn't usually stay.

Now you gone and done it! You know that when you take the studs off it's gonna snow like crazy! What were you thinkin'? In Minnesota we know March is when the trees try to bud up and the humans get restless with some sun poking out. Then it just creams us. The studs are staying on mine for a few more weeks so I can continue to commute.

I bet you are looking forward to Monday's morning commute. 10-14 inches of snow expected. Now if they actually have the forecast correct.

Forecasts call for up to 12" of snow here in the next 24-48 hours. Note to self: Never take studs off bike before May.

First ride home in a while, felt tropical at 40+, but still cold 20's F in the am. A coworker of mine lost his heat due to mixup will oil company, and his pipes froze. Winter ain't over if your pipes can freeze

I kept waiting for winter this year, but it never came. Today was about as bad as we've gotten--low 40's and drizzle. Stimulating, but not painful.

It's not bad here right now, but I'm still not committing myself to the idea that we might be done with the snow.

I took off the studs last week and sure enough. . .it snowed about 4 or 5 inches Sunday and Monday. It all melted and the road was dry tonight though. I expect to see a goose any minute but its still a couple weeks until ice out and I generally don't get the good road bike out until May 1. Its sorta over.
