Drywall screws are light duty designed for use with drywall. There are plenty of other more suitable fasteners at your local ace, true value, BORG or lowes.

agreed - drywall screws are pretty flimsy for anything structural. Deck screws are stouter, come in a wide range of lengths, just as easy to install/remove and are usually rustproofed, so good for living in a garage or getting sweat-splashed
