It has been a good week for the MH as for the postal service. First up was the Campy Rally rear derailleur and then a bunch of stuff from Mel Pinto imports. All of the needed pins and replacement parts for my old tools and then 50 rolls of Benotto bar tape.

That is an expensive pile of boxes. What MacBook Pro did you get? 13” or 16”. Does it have the apple M1 chip yet? My coworker got a new air with the M1 chip. All I noticed is how much better I like his keyboard!

@mkeller234,
16" and yes on both counts, the "latest" ones they had at the time, although as with all things Mac there is another one waiting in the wings....have you heard about the "new" iPhone 13 yet? I am not one that upgrades every time a "new" model arrives and thus the 8 year old system....It served me well, ran a bit slow and heated up at times but got the job done. I also finally broke down and purchased an i-Pad because of all the remote designing I started doing during the pandemic...while the Surface 7 was a computer and worked well the drawing function was lagging and it did not have the "feel" of the Mac.
These will last me quite awhile for my applications...just like my old flip phone did and Canon F-1's still do....I am not one who believes in planned obsolescence.
Best, Ben

Park Chain Wear Tool CC-3.2
Can't believe it took me so long to purchase it. The good thing is those 6 chains that I swapped out over concern they were worn, are now confirmed as still good.

I recently bought a Wipperman chain wear tool. It took me about two minutes to run it across all my in-use chains, finding just one that was worn out.

Very similar...old 4x has the quick adjust clamping...I like that...the newer 7x has the quick release for the 90* feature as opposed to the thumb button on the older 4x...I like that...
Time straighten out the shop again...swapped out work trucks...the pile is getting moved tomorrow!

Being a member of Bikeforums has its perks. One of them being nice fellow-members with nice stuff:
Do you recognize these gloves?
Thanks to 1987 these arrived this morning from Sweden. I'll be adding a touch of class to my outfit, this summer.

I love my old riding gloves...no wiping feature...always ripping that “area” across my nose/upper lip area! Ouch! Oh yeah! They are hard to get off! My new gloves all have some kind of dedicated tug feature.

since the time I rode my Batavus after I moved to Ft Wayne I’ve wanted to ditch the 39t inner. I finally took a few minutes to look for a replacement last week, I think this FSA will look pretty good with the Speedlight crank. I thought the blue bolts might be a nice touch.

What came yesterday from jdawginsc, a nice brake set, Royal GC 400. Better then he described them and 99.9 complete. Easy fix as I have the little rubber nub which goes into the bolt hole. The handles even still have the screw in cable anchors inside the body!
Now to find that orange frame!
