Today I want for a long trail run as the Super Bowl started.
The whole thing is an excuse for people in Atlanta to go insane.

Rode about an hour in the beautiful Chester County countryside.

Yesterday I finally was able to get on the bike for the first time in 2 months -- Only did about 20 miles but it felt damn good!

I rode to work today. First ride in two weeks and my first commute since November. Cold.

Today it was 75 degrees outside so I rode my bike and had a wonderful time. Hi East Coast.

Careful, you may not want to come back.
Ate so much Indian last night. Couldn't move the rest of the night. Onion and garlic naan got me like . No regrets.
Today is Friday. That's cool.

I took the LONGEST time to tune my Biopace/Deore XT drivetrain on my bike. What a pain!

Picked up my crabon endurance bike from the shop. New housing, cables, tape after I put a new stem/bar combo on. Has internal routing so I didn't feel like messing with it. Hoping to ride it Saturday.

I worked yesterday and had to argue with some dude who left his bike in my shop for almost 4 months and didn't want to pay the storage fees because he doesn't check his email or phone that he gave us and didn't even bother to reach out to us, once. Dude was lucky because this coming week was going to be the time when I donated it to a group that gives bikes to people in need. At the very least unlike some people he did remain calm through this experience and didn't start turning on the water works or yelling so props for that.
I don't friggin' get people, if I left my bike that long I would hope it had gotten donated to a good charity or shelter or something or come in super apologetic and willing to pay whatever fees accrued and bring them some beer for the trouble. I wouldn't argue I would just be a friggin' adult and realize I really screwed up.

My problem is thinking about n+2 or 3 ; )
Right now I am building up a spare parts bonanza beater bike that is actually quite decent in places. (XT Rear Mech, Ritchey Force-Lite bars, LX shifter, Ultegra BB, Tiagra cranks, Specialized carbon fork...) and have interest in building a road bike on a Mr. Pink and a Titanium gravel grinder/all road type bike and about to do a overhaul on my Cilo.
Fresh Garbage

Today I gave my Dawes Deadeye some much needed TLC. Put my charge spoon back on it, cleaned the living **** out of the drivetrain and fixed a couple sticking links in the chain. Gonna ride it to work some this week and decide if she's worth keeping or if an upgrade is in order. That thing is seriously one of the most bulletproof bikes I've ever owned. It lives outside, gets sparse maintenance, and keeps on flying.
