Thanks! That's REM's "Belong" from the "Out of Time" CD. I've always thought that would make good music for a video.

Most of that is the Malaga Cove area of Palos Verdes Estates. That's definitely the high rent district ... bare lots $1M and up. Those ocean view homes are probably at least $3M.

But it can be ridden to quite easily from nearby homes that are much less expensive.

thanks for the comments! Rough idea how far you'd be from the water to be in the area of $500k? Dreaming about post-retirement.

Simply amazing rides!

The video is very smooth - am I to assume that you're riding technique is awesome, or is the video processed?

I'd be glad to give you the former. Either way I have to do something to improve my videos, work on my cycling technique or buy some software.
