These are the parts I am seeking, 1 shifter housing, and 2 fixing bolts as shown in the photo:

Thanks for your offer. It might work, but I just ordered a new Sora derailleur that is likely to work. Yes, STI.

Oh well. It's so much to remember, and I was asleep in those years, so it's harder to acquire and keep that knowledge.

I can check at a bike co-op this weekend. I seem to recall seeing one suntour barcon that was non-functional. But I doubt it comes with two fixing bolts. Short of that, I've got the DT ratcheting shifters you need.

Kind of a shot in the dark but I'm looking for a couple of spare tools to attempt to service my Shimano brifters.
Shimano TL-ST01 - for removing/installing the locknut on STI road levers
Shimano TL-ST02 - pin/guide tool for installing the outward return spring for STI road levers
I've got various parts for trade or I will buy. The spring guide tool seems to be more common than the lock nut tool, but I figured I'd see if anyone had both. If not I will take just the locknut tool.

I used one of these and cut the threaded end off when I serviced my RSX 7 speed STI Brifters. It fit right over the spring and worked great.

Thanks! I appreciate you looking at a bike co-op. The Barcons I have are in great condition, but got damaged during teardown. The steel fixing bolts were seized in the aluminum housing, and the internal hex stripped out while trying to remove them from the bars. I had to slip the handle bar to release the Barcons. I would like to keep the build original using the Barcons if I can source the parts needed. If I can't then I will need DT shifters.

ISO: 130 mm French stem (I'm not even sure if you can find one that long). Need to shorten the reach up on one bike just a tad. Currently running a quill adapter and 140mm modern stem. Just checked the measurement of the adapter and it's 22.2 so that might fit in the steerer on the bike.
I have a couple of 90mm the French stems that I can trade. Also, have a couple of SR stems

ISO dust cap for Campy Record pedal.
I just discovered I've lost the dust cap from one of my Campy Record pedals on the Masi. Knurled edge, threaded. Anyone have a spare? Or know a source? Or a good substitute?

MKS "Sylvan" pedal dustcaps are readily available, affordable, use the same tool as the Campagnolo dustcap (although the MKS tool is far less expensive), and can be anonymized by filing off the MKS logo on the cap:

ISO Cinelli 1E 90mm
Hi, I’m looking for a Cinelli quill stem with the hex key on the front, which I believe is the 1E model, in 90mm. Thanks for any help!

Wouldn't a 22.0 stem work well enough in a 22.2 steerer? I've seen stems that were sold as 22.2 that actually fit a 22.0 steerer.

No doubt it could be made to work, but I'd prefer to avoid having to fabricate and fit a shim.
Something to think about, if a 22.2mm quill can be 0.2mm below spec (as is the current stem on this bike), it seems quite possible a nominally 22mm quill could actually measure out at 21.8mm. That's almost half a MM below the standard spec, and would be a bad idea without a shim, IMO.
However, if anyone has successfully used a 22mm quill in a 22.2mm steerer, I'd be happy to hear about it.
Cheers!

It’s why I took this stem out, it never worked well and I feared I would stress the stem cause I had to crank the bolt down to much. When I braked hard the handlebar seemed to chatter in my hands.
