Well, once a year, anyway.

Mention your pal Chicago Al for a special deal!

Oh, he'll be back, but this day comes only once each year.

So don't worry about missing your big chance!

The author has put a bit of work into the descriptive text:
"Photo 4:
The detail shot here shows the high-tech braking system of the bike, along with the uniquely textured tire, and a glimpse of the front wheel. These wheels are of chromed steel and weigh at least FIVE POUNDS EACH. It's a complete myth that you want a racing bike to be lightweight. Because this bike can go so fast, it needs these massive wheels to keep it tethered to the ground! And that super-smooth surface really aids in braking--on a wet day you can easily stop within a city block, as long as you're not going too fast."

Now I'm starting to wonder if I might want to ditch my lightweight sew-ups and get a set of chromed steel rims!!

what a guy won't do for...."a g of blonde kief".....(asking for a friend)"

At least we know from whence the inspiration for the yoke likely originated.

Hey, all it needs is a little TLC with some Park frame tools! It won't require more than two hours of labor!

Then you have a problem with burrowing animals? Be it gophers or groundhogs, per your cinematic preference.

No worries, I did the string test and everything checked out. I tied the string around my finger to remember to do something, ate three gummies and checked out.
