3304 miles this year for me, including 22 metric centuries. That's up a couple hundred miles from last year.

3300 miles in 95 rides, compared to last years 3850 and 91. Only one century this year, compared to 4 last year. Give me an open winter like two years ago and I will top it. I promise. Maybe.

1700 miles. Will do better next year. Had fun anyway. And pleased to be in good shape approaching 79. My bike seems smoother than ever with new chain and rear cogset. Longest rides were 41 miles last summer in the Berkshires

Mostly Mischief
Mileage is a lot lower than before I started mountain biking, about 3800, one third on skinny tires. Hard to accumulate distance when riding singletrack. On the other hand climbing vert is way up at 350000'. Average weekly time spent on two wheels: 10 hrs.

No idea...I didn't start using Strava until I got a new bike because I didn't have a speedometer on it. So since I got the new bike I have about 466 miles on it. I might get to 500 by years end but we will see
But I got a new bike (CAAD10-3) and have been able to do some hills (slow and painful in some cases) that I struggled (or would have killed me) on with my old bike which is the big reason I go it.
And I had fun

I have to manually add up my miles from Jan thru about May 31, when I got my Trek Domane 4.5 and a Garmin 500. I can download a csv from Garmin Connect to find (most) of the miles since then.

Tomorrow is supposed to be warmish so I plan to ride one last day this year - Sunday the weather is to take a turn back to Winter. I'll report out for 2013 in a couple of days.

3750 miles in 475 rides. 325 miles of it on a fixed gear bike.
124k ft climbed, 102 miles biggest ride.
I had fun, and a part of that is the tracking.

This is not my best year but not my worst either. I haven't done much off road this year and I plan on correcting that next year. Plus I have one or two days left to get in some miles. But to date, 6771 miles, 438 hours, 135,000 feet of elevation gain, 161 rides.

I still have at least one ride left, but since that won't change the totals much, here's what I have:
Miles for the year 2013: 10,831
Feet of climbing for the year 2013: 589,931
Days Ridden for the year 2013: 289
Garmin says total calories burned while cycling in 2013: 338,767.
I didn't record every ride on Strava, but most. The scary thing about Strava is the time riding, i.e. 750 hours. Divided by 24 hours in a day, that works out to 31 days of constant cycling, if I'd done it all at once, one month without stopping. Another way of looking at it: 1/12th of my year total was spent cycling. Like I said, scary.
This year I rode 21 centuries and five double centuries (Hemet, Eastern Sierra, Grand Tour, Knoxville and Bass Lake Powerhouse).
My lovely wife thinks I'm addicted to cycling. She may be right.

Well, let's see. With just a few days to go in '13, I have traveled a distance of 2,882 miles. Kind of disappointing. However, 2014 has a silver lining in the clouds for me. In just a short 5 months, I will have unlimited days to ride due to retirement. Finally! Mileage will increase along with the fun factor.

I think I'm done for the year:
Total of 3452 miles in 2013, which is about 600 miles less than last year. 931 of my total were on our tandem with my favorite stoker. We've increased annual Screamer (tandem) riding by about one hundred miles each of the last two years. Bike commuting accounted for about 920 of the year's total mileage.
Sorry, no average speed or elevation gains.

I had a terrific ride today - probably the last of the year. The high tomorrow is supposed to be 17 degrees. Ouch!
Yearly miles : 5,170
Elevation gain: 222,120
Most of my rides are in Kansas. Don't tell me Kansas is flat. It rolls constantly (NE Kansas)

As of today, I am 2.7 miles short of my 3,500 mile goal for the year. All of my miles were commuting. To be honest, I think in this new year I won't be logging miles. Thinking about meeting daily or weekly goals (and feeling stressed for not doing it and having to make it up the following week) takes some of the joy out of riding. I think I shall be spontaneous and choose my routes and speed as the whim takes me.
About elevation gains: Assuming that you end up at home where you started, wouldn't gain be zero? I know that we all like to claim that the hills don't daunt us but it seems a bit ambiguous to present, as impressive, a stat like overall elevation gain. I propose only counting feet gained at 15+ mph on grades 5% or above (not that I would really care to count them). I climbed a half mile at a 10%+ grade today and enjoyed it because I knew it wouldn't last that long, but as it was gravel, I was miffed because I had to stay seated (wheel spin when standing) and I knew that going down on the way back would have to be well controlled with braking.

Uber Goober
Got 12,802 miles.
I don't track climbing, hills around here but no major climbs, so I assume my climbing numbers would be unimpressive.
Did the rest of you remember to track your headwind miles? That would be more critical than climbing around here.
I did remember to have fun, though.

Headwind miles...Interesting
Then Tailwind Miles....Hummmm
The good folks that post the climbs never post the coasting back down.

Did less miles this year than I have done in the past. Took a month off from riding because of a couple of minor surgeries. With a few snowy off road rides remaining I should end up with 3600+ which for the first time I started tracking tandem miles at 1300 with my wife and hope to put in 2000 miles next year if all goes well. I normally race most of the year but because of work and mentioned surgeries I only did 2 cross races for the year.
