Looks like there is a consensus on the Continental tires. I've been away for about 8 years and recently started riding again. Back in the day I rode Vittoria Rubino Pro Slicks. Never had a problem with them other than the very rare flat. I have noticed that tire technology has improved greatly over the last few years. Lots of new anti-puncture stuff in them now. I'm liking my new Conti GP 4 Seasons. Think I'll try the 5000s on the next go around.
