I am facing this unenviable task as well --- the lowest hanging fruit (couple of later model carbon bikes) moved pretty quickly on local craigslist sales -- but the nicer stuff I am thinking ebay

Yep, hard choices. So far the Ironman and the Bianchi Campione have gone to new homes. I've got the Mile 112 and the little Circuit my son doesn't want up locally also. Oh and the 650b conversion Fuji S12-s just because I'll hardly use it. It probably won't sell as I need too much out of it not to lose my shirt.

I'm debating the Bob Jackson, it really is too small and it's not like I can't pick up another one of those down the road.

The Giordana's, Lemonds, and more unique stuff aren't going anywhere. Hard to let bikes that I enjoy go but hard to justify stashing them all around the house also.
