The NSN press release said that Adams would have "no role" in the new team, but he is with them at their training camp in Spain

I think Swiss license but with facilities in Spain. The co-sponsor is a Swiss bank or hedge fund or such. Allegedly whitewashing Sylvan Adams' money at least for this year as a stop gap.

That and his presence at the training camp muddy the clean break and NSN's chances of getting off the skyline, but at least things aren't so blatantly any more.
