Week ending 11/3 - 56.2 miles / 4 hours 2 minutes. Lost 2 days with a broken spoke.

After only one day of riding in two weeks, base training officially began this Friday and I could ride again, hooray!

For the week ending today, 232 miles, 11:45 time. I'm taking this week off work to put in base mileage (two week base schedule, then "wintervals"), so it should be very interesting to see how many miles I log next week..
