Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

New Bike arrived today ... ready for Maiden Voyage

Well, it was a long time coming, but it was finally time to retire the old steel horse Trek and move on ...

Here is the new steed ... 15.6 lbs with DA 7900 ... love to climb those hills

Where are you located? I haven't seen any bottecchia set up like that, even here in Italy. Seems like most people here ride Trek though.

Correct - sold on Ebay by BOTTECCHIA-USA and related to the Century Team at BD, but with upgraded components.

Interesting, see, I wouldn't call that "a few more photo's (of my new bike)", I would call that, a few more ways to advertise.

Bottecchia in Italy has little to nothing to do with Bottecchia USA.
