Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Bikes: a bunch.

That white one is beautiful..

My Chrome just has some extra reflectors and webbing loops sewn on... mildly custom, I guess.
I had to use an industrial sewing machine to put them there.

I have been a witness of this bag and it's the sweetest thing ever sewn. Jesse, have you carried Madeline in it yet?

After a baby, apparently, all bladder control is lost. I hear.

The bag is waterproof (the liner is an old outdoor tablecloth). But I haven't tried to carry Madeline in it yet. Wee Maruke is still a bit too young for that.

Bikes: highly modified specialized crossroads and GT hybrid (really a [formerly] 12-speed bmx cruiser, made before 'hybrid' took on its current meaning), as yet unmodified redline 925, couple of other projects

my little brother used to work for a timbuk2 dealer, so I got this one for like $60 - nothing fancy, though.

Bikes: a tvt soon to become a s/s...

my bag isn't a messenger bag [just a ten year old caterpillar record bag] and the only customising on it are some slashes and holes that mean i can't carry anything smaller than a packet of cigarettes in it.

but that bag with the cherry blossom is stunning.
