Clothing and Equipment Thread?

Hey,

What do you think of a thread for things like the best Anorak with reflective piping, or the best new Specialized helmet? We could talk about our hydration systems and outback tool kits. Shoes, Shades, Leg Warmers...

I think it would kick $%#!

Who's with me?

Mike

I think it's a good idea. It would free up the General Discussion of a lot of threads that consist of "this product vs. this product" discussions. Good thought!

Need a sub section in gear forum for Shimano vs Campagnolo.. considering that debate is never ending.

Why won't that debate end? Everybody knows that Campagnolo is far superior.

Just Kidding.
And, actually, I ride Shimano.

Seriously though, a gear section sounds interesting.

I think equiptment thread would be good.
will also take the "what do you think of (enter your
favourite product name)" discussions out of Mechanics.

I'm all for it.
