OCP is a myth.

OCP is a myth.
I have never seen a roadie at a trendy coffee shop, much less a roadie in full kit.
Ergo, OCP = myth.
That is all.

In Miami, the weekend rides are on Key Biscayne and everyone hangs at La Carreta restaurant for coffee. Not only is it OCP central, but there are even guys that drive to the Key, park in a lot about 3 miles from La Carreta and ride their bikes up, yakking about how much they spent on the newest unobtanium whatever, how little it weighs and how many watts it saves. Its hilarious.

What about those of us who can ride the distance, but have a bit of trouble holding the 30km/h average for the duration of the ride?? Just trying to decide if I'm an OCP candidate or not...
Wait I just remembered...The wife and I did the 30km/h average for the century we did...Guess that means we might be moving away from the OCP...

Me thinks, someone else needs to enjoy life a little more. I for one, will enjoy this sunny Memorial day doing something better than spending it on BF. Like going to the park with the family, going for a ride, and being as OCP as I can while I stop for a slushy at the local 7-Eleven. Or perhaps, a Mocha Frappuccino at.... (gasp) STARBUCKS!!!!

(no offense to BF of course, maybe I'll pop in later tonight)
Ciao.

OCP? like this https://www.ocp.com/ ?
or
Oregon Catholic Press
Ochre Coloured Pottery
Oral Communication for the Professions
Oral Contraceptive Pill
One Car Pile-Up
Maybe this
Obsessive Compulsive Poseur - a bicyclist who buys and wears the most expensive gear/bicycle in order to impress other cyclists at a local coffee shop.
How expensive does the bike have to be?
Does the coffee shop have to be a Starbucks?
Are there any other requirements?
If your jeolous of the OCP's bike and equipment does that make you a wanna be OCP?
thanks

I hang out at a coffee shop, but my wife is the manager and I am trying to buy it. Oh and I wouldn't wear a team jersey, unless it was on sale and was the cheapest thing there.
