Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? they look like the $300+ carbon track bars from easton, which somebody chopped.

if so, wow.

Deda Pistas would look very similar- black shot peened with a very similar shape, and much less expensive.

hmm, i had a pair of deda pistas that were chrome/silver/whatevs, and didn't realize they came black.

looking at the pic again, i think those are eastons. look at the logo placement in relation to the stem clamp.

negative on the dedas, you can see the easton logo and it changes to the grippy carbon at the end, my guess is chopped EC90s w/ some rounded bar plugs

Everytime I think I've seen the most ridiculous thing to come out of Japan, something like this comes along and shocks me even further.

Yeah, chopping a set of EC90's is a pretty grievous thing to do to fulfill your need for bullhorns. I have a couple of these and they're RAD as is...

Bikes: Jamis Sputnik (2007) & Bridgestone RB-2 (1994).

Why would you buy a pair of deda's and chop flop them? They are prefectly good bars. Just buy a pair of bullhorns.

it looks almost too smooth and single unit-ish.
although they definitely do highly resemble those easton drops.

Why would you need multiple pairs of these, unless you're secretly Theo Bos?
