Glasses fogging up.

It's that time of year here in the Pacific Northwest. The good news I've got my new bike. Yippee!!
Now I wear glasses all the time and along with the rain, the plastic lens fog up. I'm considering using glasses and goggles together hopefully to solve this. Any ideas for goggles that accommodate glasses?
I understand Rain-X is out because it damages the plastic lens.

You could try a ski product called Cat Crap. Another possibility is to pull your glasses slightly away from your face to get more airflow behind them. I'm talking a few mm.

Glasses only fog when you stop, so don't stop.

+1 for the Cat Crap. Works well, but must be applied with each ride.

Since this summer, macteacher and I have been trading suggestions for modifying goggles to solve that problem:

A major difference is that my goggles have rigid earpieces to hold an eyeglass mounted rear view mirror.

Try plain old 'spit' in them. I know this works well in swimming goggles.

Very true. I use a handlebar mirror. Other than that, both work quite well

Here is an old trick from my ophthalmology days...take a candle (unlit) rub some wax lightly on the lenses and then buff it out with a clean towel...use to recommend this ski patients all the time, works and is cheap.

Spit. It's been used by divers and gas mask wearers for decades.

Exactly. And if you stop, just pull them down your nose a little.
