I bought one of those at that price back in June. I used it a couple of times, but didn't like it - for my circumstances. I found it well made, however. I just came up with a better system whereby I park my car at work and use it as a closet.
Just a note about the bag - pack it the night before. I'm 6' 2" 217lbs (44L jacket, 36" waist). It was a little small for my clothes. I could keep the suit and shirt in good condition by VERY carefully packing them and folding the arms together and the tails up. It took a lot of time to get it just right, however. The shoe compartments were plenty big for my 10D's.

I've been using this bag for over a year. It's well made, but not at all waterproof. It is smaller than a regular garment bag (width) but I find it works great. I fold my shirt like this...

...but skip the last step. Pants fit fine just folded in half.
