2005 - preseason trail scouting

I did this last year in late March. I hike my trails and see what work needs to be done and/or how rideable they are. This is River Runs Through It (my all time fav) and I took some quick pics. Enjoy....there should be more in the following weeks

This one is some long bridge work. Pretty good shape and definately rideable. This trail is REALLY beat up from flooding this winter so I wouldn't ride it yet. But the stunts are in good shape.

This is the river itself. This bridge is about 10 ft above the water level. Pretty long. And yes that is me in the pic.

Right now it is. Really the worst is it is pretty narrow (the flat part is 7in wide and it rounds out fast...its an odd log ride), long and wet all the time in the summer.

Tickets at 40 I think each day (cdn) the season pass was 300cdn which is worth it if you get up 8 days.

A night stay will run you approx 70 american on average

No firm date yet, probably July...For lodging I have a possible hookup through Intrawest. If that doesn't work out, well...got any extra floorspace?

Just kidding...expect a PM soon.

Intrawest is and I think the Chateau Whistler. And possible Resort Quest is as well but you would have to get a visa.
