Bertelli Track Bike

Gorgeous Bertelli hand built lugged steel track bike in 57cm. This classically styled track bike is in great shape and rides absolutely perfect. It has been ridden and there are a few scratches but it has definitely never been abused. There are no dents at all. These are actually somewhat rare, I have never seen another one for sale second hand.

This frame has super tight geometry and is incredibly intuitive to ride. Just look where you want to go and you're turning.

Some of the parts:
-Bertelli lugged Chromoly frame and fork in Anthracite color. The frame is not drilled for a rear brake, the fork is drilled...
-Nitto Pearl 8 quill stem
-Nitto B260AA riser bars with Oury grips
-MKS Royal Nuevo pedals
-MKS Alloy toe clips (large) and Toshi leather straps
-Alien fixed only, non flip flop hubs (sealed) laced to some moderately deep aero rims with one MKS chain tensioner on the drive side
-Thompson laid back seat post
-Condor Supercorsa Confort seat
-Not sure on the make of the panto'd crank and chainring. I believe they are Campy replicas from Viking, based on the Bertelli website. Either way, it's a gorgeous dedicated single speed crankset and 47T 1/8" chain ring.
-Surly 1/8x17T cog
-Very new continental tires (700x23 front/25 rear. 23 is the largest front tire allowed due to crown clearance)
-Will come with the front brake set up and mirror unless you don't want them...

The only reason I'm selling it is because I just don't ride it enough to justify keeping it, since I moved to the woods. Please text or email for details. Asking $700 obo + Shipping.

Take a look at the Bertelli Bici website to see what these bikes are all about at bertellibici.com

Laying it on a bit thick, don't you think?

Also, those are definitely not Royal Nuevo pedals in the pics. They appear to be GR-9/10s. Very different style pedals, not to mention a difference of about 100 dollars.

No frame size listed either.

Coming from a more “regular” road bike that’s how it feels...

Correct on the pedals, I’m keeping the gr9’s cause they don’t piss off my feet as much as the RN’s. Bike will come with the njs stamped royal nuevo’s and the toshi straps/mks clips seen in the photos.

57cm.

Thanks for your input.
