What size tyre/tubes does this wheelset fit?

I've found a bike someone was willing to sell for like 50, so I went ahead and got it.

After a bit of searching, turns out these wheels are on it;
Gipiemme. Fixed

I am wondering what size tyres / tubes to buy for this set.

Downloading the technical sheet on that link it gives me the following information;

700C
28"

However, when I look at tyres/tubes I get measures like "700x32C 28". I don't exactly know what the 32 stands for, and I don't wanna waste money on extra tyres/tubes.
What size tyres/tubes would fit on this set?

any 700c tires. the x32 is the width of the tire. what you can fit is determined by the clearance of your frame.

Incorrect. A 700C wheel is not even close to having a 700mm diameter. It is just a number used to designate a certain tire size and tire bsd (bead seat diameter), which is 622mm. As far as tubes are concerned, any tube that is labelled 700C or 27" will work provided its minimum rated width does not exceed the width of the tire. A smaller tube will expand when inflated to match the width of the tire.
