Used Leader 735 track frame set - Worth the money?

Right now I am riding a crew district. I have upgraded the crank, stem, handlebars, brakes, and grips. I have been toying with the idea of a new build and found a leader frame ala a 2013 735 on CL. Do you think its worth 150? Its pretty scratched up as well but looks solid.

That seems like a fair price. They are unfortunately prone to cracking at the seat post so watch for that.

Boy oh boy. That was a LOT more subdued than I expected. Almost anticlimactic.

Or it could be like my 2012 frame that had the shim in the seattube completely unattach itself. Quality stuff.

Don't forget, 2010's/11's have a useless seatube cut-out because the chainstays are a mile long also integrated seatpost collar screws prone to crack and strip.

The first gen ones had hub weird spacing to boot too
