2 speed coaster brake with a tensioner
can you put 2 chain rings up front and run them to a coaster brake with a tensioner?

i dont think you would want a tensioner on a coaster brake....tensioners are meant to take stress in only one dirrection (i believe?)

schwinn made an internal 2 speed- kickback with coaster brake. very heavy but would solve your situation.
